How do I create an account to access my member discount

For the first time using the site members will need to create an account on our website and provide their membership login details. 

  1. Click on Register in the top menu 
  2. Provide your Membership Email – Enter your email address that exists on your membership account. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 1300-624-743 or at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au
  3. Fill out normal account sign up details

I’m not seeing discounted items?

Once you are logged in as a club member your 10% membership discount will be automatically applied. When you land on the cart it will say that 'club member discounts have been applied'.

Please note Member discounts have been included in the pricing of the Members Range products meaning no further member discounts apply.

Member discounts are not applied on top of already discounted / sales items & memorabilia items.

 

I am a current member of the Collingwood Football Club. How do I receive my 10% discount on merchandise?

All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order. Please follow the below steps to create your new Collingwood Shop account:

  1. Click on Register in the top menu 
  2. Provide your Membership Email – Enter your email address that exists on your membership account. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 1300-MAGPIE (1300-624-743) or email at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au
  3. Collingwood Shop Password – Create your Collingwood Shop password. This can be the same or different from your membership password. 
  4. Re-confirm your new password for Collingwood Shop
  5. Fill out your personal details 
  6. Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy
  7. Prove you are not a Robot
  8. Click “Create Account”

 

I do not have an email address linked to my membership. What do I do?

To add an email address to your membership account please contact the membership department on 1300-MAGPIE (1300-624-743) or email at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au


I do not know my password for my membership account. What do I do?

To reset your password, please click on the link below and follow the prompt to “Forgot Password”. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email, it might mean that we have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 1300-MAGPIE (1300-624-743) or email at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au to update your details.

 

I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?

To receive a 10% discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this please contact the membership department on 1300-MAGPIE (1300-624-743) or email at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au

 

I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?

Please check that the email address used is the same email address on your Membership account. These details must match what is on your membership record. If you are unsure whether the email address matches, you can test this by logging into your membership account here - https://am.ticketmaster.com/collingwood/invoice#/

If you are unable to login to your membership account, please try to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on to update your details. 1300-MAGPIE (1300-624-743) or email at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au

Once this is done, please try creating your new account again.


I have created my Collingwood Shop account, but my discount has not been applied. What should I do?

To be eligible for a Collingwood Shop discount, your membership payments must be up to date.

If you are behind in your payments or have not renewed your membership please login to your membership account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/collingwood/invoice#/ and contact the membership department at 1300-MAGPIE (1300-624-743) or email at membership@collingwoodfc.com.au  to resolve the issue.
