Shipping Information

The Collingwood Shop makes it a priority to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Please note that there may be unforeseeable delays during busy periods, and before & after big events such as in the lead up to Finals and post Grand Final. 

At all times the Collingwood Shop will endeavour to get your order out in the fastest possible time.

Christmas Delivery Deadlines:

We have reduced our Express Post rate to help you receive your items for Christmas. No orders placed after December 15 will be guaranteed for Christmas. For updates for delivery to your state please CLICK HERE 

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel. Below are the costs and estimated transit times to major cities:

Standard eParcel Post - $9.95* - Due to stage 4 restrictions our warehouse has less capacity resulting of a likely dispatch time of 1-5 business days before your order is dispatched, once dispatched the standard Australia Post service will take:

  • 6- 10 business days – Melbourne metro
  • 8 - 12 business days – Sydney metro
  • 8 - 12 business days – Adelaide metro
  • 8 - 12 business days – Brisbane metro
  • 8-15 business days – Perth metro
  • 8 - 12 business days – Hobart metro
  • Note the above estimates are only a guide and guide and can increase during busy periods such as Finals and Christmas.

Express eParcel Post - $12.95* 

  • 5 - 7 business day – Melbourne
  • 5 - 7 business day – Sydney
  • 5 - 7 business day – Adelaide
  • 5 - 7 business day – Brisbane
  • 8 -10 business day – Perth
  • 5 - 7 business day – Hobart
  • It would be advised to allow 1 extra day for delivery

Tracking – you should receive automatic tracking notifications when your order is lodged with Australia Post, is collected, and is on board for delivery.

Your order will be delivered by  Australia Post once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking ID on how to follow your order’s journey to your door. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the tracking ID against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.

International Shipping

*Postage will be calculated on size and weight and be increased at certain weight thresholds.
