Service Times
The Collingwood Club Shop provides the following service time guidelines for order fulfilment and delivery. All timings are estimates and may vary due to operational factors.
Order Fulfilment
- We do not split ship. Orders are dispatched once all items in the order have stock availability.
- Once an in‑stock order has been allocated at our warehouse, please allow 3* business days for the order to be packed and shipped. We do not offer express dispatch from our warehouse.
- Exceptions apply for Pre‑Orders, customised products, and other items with extended processing requirements. These estimated timing additions will be noted on the relevant product pages.
Shipment Timeframes
- Shipment times are additional to fulfilment times and vary depending on the carrier selected and the delivery destination.

Operational Delays
- All service times quoted are estimates and are subject to operational delays at our warehouse and with the carrier selected. We make efforts to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner however during periods of significant order volumes, we may advise fulfilment delays are expected.
- Service times are also subject to operational impacts of Public Holiday’s and other local restrictions.
Carrier Selection
- NOTE: Carriers may vary from region to region and product to product and may be adjusted at our discretion based on service availability, suitability and/or cost. Replacement service selected will be an equivalent service type where possible.
Free Shipping Threshold
Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible orders $150+ within Australia.
Eligibility
- Applies to orders with a total value of $150 or more after discounts
- Available for standard delivery within Australia only
- Automatically applied at checkout when eligible
Exclusions
- Bulky items and selected memorabilia are excluded and may incur additional shipping charges
- Certain oversized or fragile items may not qualify for free shipping due to handling requirements
- Gift cards and selected promotional items may be excluded from the minimum spend threshold
Important Information
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only (express shipping upgrades will incur a fee)
- Orders containing both eligible and ineligible items may incur a blended or full shipping charge
- Shipping availability may vary depending on delivery location (e.g. remote or regional areas)
- Shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts, promotions, and coupon codes are applied
Warehouse Dispatch & Holiday Operations
Our warehouse team will continue to pick, pack and dispatch orders right through the holiday period.
International Customers (outside Australia)
We ship to most addresses in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Customs departments within some countries may charge local taxes and duties on imported parcels. These charges are beyond our control as they are regulated by the government of that country. Customers are responsible for paying these charges and accept return fees should they refuse to pay the local duties.
Note that international customers pay reduced prices on products as the Australian Goods and Services Tax (10%) is deducted from your total order amount, which may offset any import costs.
Click & Collect
Due to operational restrictions, we are unable to offer a collection point for orders placed online. All orders must be sent via one of the shipping methods noted above subject to availability in your region.
