Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Team Signed Collingwood Home Guernsey Giveaway (Promotion) is a customer incentive initiative run by Delaware North Merchandise Pty Ltd (ABN: 40 669 381 122) (Delaware North) on behalf of the Collingwood Football Club.
2. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 1st June 2025 and concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30th June 2025 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to individuals who:
• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry; and
• Place a merchandise order of AUD $100.00 or more (including GST but excluding shipping) in a single transaction via the Collingwood Football Club online store during the Promotion Period (Eligible Purchase).
5. The Promotion is open to both Australian and international customers.
6. Only one (1) entry will be awarded per customer, regardless of the number of Eligible Purchases made during the Promotion Period.
7. Employees of Delaware North, Collingwood Football Club, or any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

1. METHOD OF ENTRY

1. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the draw upon completing an Eligible Purchase.
2. Entries will be collated in a spreadsheet using details provided during the purchase, including full name, email address, and contact number.
3. No opt-in to email marketing is required to be eligible to enter or to win.
4. Gift card purchases of AUD $100.00 or more (excluding shipping) qualify as Eligible Purchases. Orders with discounts applied via coupon codes, automatic discounts (e.g. member discounts), or gift cards that reduce the cart total below $100 (excluding shipping) do not qualify.
5. Only purchases made through the Collingwood Football Club online store are eligible; in-person or offline purchases do not qualify.

1. PRIZE DETAILS

1. One (1) winner will receive a 2025 Team Signed Collingwood Home Guernsey (unframed), including a certificate of authenticity (Prize).
2. The approximate retail value of the Prize is AUD $695.00.
3. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other offer.
4. The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address, with shipping costs covered by Delaware North.

1. SELECTION OF WINNER

1. The winner will be selected on 1st July 2025.
2. The draw will be conducted using a random number generator tool.
3. The corresponding line number in the spreadsheet and associated customer details will be deemed the winner.
4. The winner will be notified via email and phone using the contact details submitted with their Eligible Purchase. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, Delaware North reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same method.

1. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

1. The winner will be publicly announced via:
• Delaware North and/ or Collingwood Football Club’s website via the Magpie Army Hub;
2. The winner may be asked to provide a photo of themselves with the Prize for promotional use. Consent for publication is optional and not a condition of receiving the Prize.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1. Delaware North reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion without notice, subject to applicable laws.
2. To the extent permitted by law, Delaware North (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the Prize.
3. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Delaware North’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.delawarenorth.com/privacy-au/. Any enquiries or complaints in relation to personal information can be directed to our Privacy Officer, pwitchen@delawarenorth.com.

1. OPTING OUT OF PROMOTION ENTRY

1. Participation in this Promotion is automatic for all customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
2. If a customer does not wish to participate in the Promotion, they may opt out by emailing mjohnston@delawarenorth.com with the subject line “Guernsey Giveaway Opt-Out” and their full name and order number, by no later than 11:59 PM AEST on 30 June 2025.
3. Opt-out requests received after this date will not be valid, and the customer will remain entered in the draw.
